When governments respond to a contrived pandemic with lockdowns that demolish the economy, the bumbling Mayor Stirfry forces a mask mandate upon the city just before its citizens vote on whether to defund their local police department. Meanwhile, the duplicitous industrialist Mr. Duvet riles up the populace against the mandate to protect his investment in the facial recognition technology that will support the government’s perpetual security initiative.

Stuck between both sides’ supporters, Alterokomandante Patrizio della Luna Ultrasinístra must unleash the ancient martial art of Fuku-Maitai to escape the city’s deranged denizens and to uncover its controllers’ hidden agendas.
